PPGL steel coil is a product made of galvalume steel, after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coating are coated on the surface, and then baked and cured. In addition to the protection of alu-zinc layer, the organic coating on the alu-zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel coil, preventing the steel coil from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvalume steel coil.

12.Structure of Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil:
*Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.
*Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.
*Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.
*Base steel sheet.
PPGL steel coil has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. In addition to the protection of zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the steel strip from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized strip.
PPGL steel coil is mainly used in advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture and transportation. Suitable resins are selected for the coatings used in color coated rolls according to different use environments, such as polyester-silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. The user can choose according to the purpose.
