Galvalume steel sheet is composed of aluminum-zinc alloy structure, which is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600℃. It is an important alloy material which is often used in our daily life.
The surface of the galvalume steel sheet is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous stars, and the primary color is silvery white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvalume steel sheet can reach 25 years, and it has good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environment of 315℃; The adhesion between the coating and the paint film is good, and it has good process ability, and can be punched, cut, welded, etc. The surface conductivity is very good.
Galvalume steel sheet has many excellent characteristics: strong corrosion resistance, which is 3 times that of pure galvanized sheet; There are beautiful zinc flowers on the surface, which can be used as exterior panels of buildings.
