Steel rebar is a steel bar with ribbed surface, also known as ribbed steel bar. Ribbed reinforcement mainly bears tensile stress in concrete. Ribbed steel bars can bear the external force better because of their strong bonding ability with concrete. Ribbed steel bars are widely used in various building structures, especially large, heavy and light thin-walled and high-rise building structures.
1.Surface quality. The relevant standards stipulate the surface quality of steel rebar, which requires that the end should be cut straight, the surface should not have cracks, scars and folds, and there should be no harmful defects in use.
2.Allowable value of dimension deviation. The bending degree of steel rebar and the geometric shape of steel rebar are specified in relevant standards.
3.Cracks, scars and folds shall not be allowed on the surface of steel bars.
4.Bumps are allowed on the surface of steel bars, but they shall not exceed the height of transverse ribs. The depth and height of other defects on the surface of steel bars shall not be greater than the allowable deviation of the size of their parts.
