Our revolutionary product: Galvalume Sheet, also known as AZ55 Galvalume Steel. This special film is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, resulting in a surface coating that offers unrivaled protection and longevity.
The surface coating of our galvalume sheets is designed with a unique honeycomb structure consisting of zinc-containing aluminum. This structure not only provides anodic protection, but also ensures the reduction of zinc content and prevents easy electrolysis. However, it is worth noting that once the sheet is cut, the protection of the cut edge is compromised, making it prone to rust. To solve this problem, we recommend using paint or zinc-rich varnish to protect the edges and prolong the life of the panels.
