The HRC hot rolled steel coil is a kind of steel coil whose width is greater than or equal to 600mm and thickness is 1.2-25mm. Hot rolled steel coil is made of slab (mainly continuous casting slab) as raw material, which is heated and made by roughing mill and finishing mill.

The difference between hot rolled steel coil and cold rolled steel coil:
Hot rolled steel coil is a processed product before billet recrystallization. Cold rolled steel coil is the subsequent processing of hot rolled steel coil. The general weight of steel coil is about 15-30t. Generally, the thickness is above 1.8mm.
