The surface coating of our galvalume steel is a unique honeycomb structure, the "honeycomb" consisting of zinc-containing aluminum. This combination provides anodic protection, but as the zinc content decreases and the zinc material is wrapped in aluminum, electrolysis becomes less likely. However, this means that when the galvanized sheet is cut, the cut edge loses its protection, making it prone to rust. To solve this problem, we recommend using paint or zinc-rich paint to protect the edges and prolong the life of the panels.
